1. Acceptance of terms

By using NestBonus (nestbonus.com) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered accounts, and deal posters.

2. What NestBonus is

NestBonus is a community platform where renters can post and discover apartment referral bonuses and move-in specials, and arrange to split those bonuses with other renters. NestBonus is not:

• A real estate brokerage or agent
• A party to any lease or rental agreement
• A financial intermediary — we do not hold or transfer money
• Responsible for verifying the accuracy of any deal posted by users

3. User accounts

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not create accounts for others without their consent.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User-submitted content

When you post a deal, message, or any content on NestBonus:

• You confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You grant NestBonus a non-exclusive license to display your content on the platform.
• You may not post false, misleading, illegal, or defamatory content.
• You may not post deals for properties you have no connection to or knowledge of.
• Deals are subject to review and may be rejected or removed at our discretion.

5. Bonus splits — user responsibility

NestBonus facilitates connections between renters who want to split referral bonuses. However:

• All split agreements are between users directly. NestBonus is not a party to these agreements.
• NestBonus does not process, hold, or guarantee any payments.
• Always confirm deal details with the property management before signing a lease.
• NestBonus is not liable if a bonus is not paid, reduced, or disputed by the building.
• We recommend agreeing on split terms in writing (e.g. in-app chat) before signing any lease.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Post spam, duplicate listings, or fake deals.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

NestBonus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any content on the platform. Deal listings are user-submitted and may be outdated or incorrect. Always verify with the property directly.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NestBonus and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost bonuses, failed lease agreements, or disputes between users.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to NestBonus at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of NestBonus after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
